Denne serie af aftapninger, som udgøres af fem forskellige single casks fra GlenAllachie, er alle specielt udvalgt af professionelle danske vin- og spiritushandlere, og serien er kun til salg i Danmark. "Batch 3 for Denmark" er tredje del af serien. I de kommende år vil der blive udvalgt og frigivet yderligere single cask aftapninger fra GlenAllachie, som er eksklusivt udvalgt til de danske whiskykunder.

The GlenAllachie 2006 - 15 Years Old 61,7% Virgin Oak Barrel (Cask no. 6577)

Colour: Orange Bronze.

Nose: Bursting with vanilla, butterscotch, grapefruit, orange zest and white chocolate.

Taste: Soft oak spice, honey and marzipan, followed by mocha, orange peel and pink grapefruit.

The GlenAllachie 2006 - 14 Years Old 60,4% PX Hogshead (Cask no. 6608)

Colour: Rich Mahogany.

Nose: Notes of toasted coffee, liquorice, heather honey, figs, and nutmeg.

Taste: Waves of cocoa, dark chocolate and dried fruits, followed by hints of cinnamon, syrup and honey.

The GlenAllachie 2008 - 12 Years Old 57,1% Marsala Barrique (Cask no. 1851)

Colour: Summer Gold.

Nose: Layer of coconut and lemon merinque, with marzipan, grapefruit and toffee.

Taste: Rich notes of raisins, strawberries and demerara sugar, with toffee, syrup and dates.

The GlenAllachie 2009 - 11 Years Old 61,5% Grattamaco (Cask no. 4843)

Colour: Orange Blush.

Nose: Chocolate, hazelnuts and cinnamon, fused with blackcurrant and toasted oak aromas.

Taste: Lashings of dark cherries, cloves and mocha, with liquorice, dried fruits and plums.

The GlenAllachie 2011 - 10 Years Old 61,8% Bourbon Barrel (Cask no. 4531)

Colour: Light Golden.

Nose: Waves of butterscotch and lime zest, followed by marzipan, ripe bananas and heather honey.

Taste: Coatings of apricots, butterscotch and green apples, fused with toffee and grapefruit.
